White Chocolate Fudge Recipe
For something a little different, why not try this white chocolate fudge recipe! This goooey white confection with a crunch of macademia nuts is easy to make and delicious to eat. Wrap a piece in cellophane tied with a pretty bow and you have a nice party favor. Or pop a few pieces into a glass candy jar for an elegant birthday or holiday gift!
 12 ounces good quality white baking chocolate 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 ½ cups coarsely chopped and lightly toasted macademia nuts
Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; set aside. Melt the white chocolate and milk in the top of a double boiler or in a large bowl over boiling water. Add the macademia nuts and stir until well blended. Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Lift fudge from panand remove foil. Cut into 16 two inch pieces. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. (Do not freeze.)
