Chocolate Mug Cake
I didn't know that it was possible to have chocolate cake in 5 minutes. But a fellow chocoholic submitted this recipe for Chocolate Mug Cake that can have you eating real and tasty chocolate cake in 5 minutes! Of course I tried it right away and now I know why she said that it is also known as The Most Dangerous Chocolate Cake Recipe in the World, "because we're all just 5 minutes away from eating chocolate cake whenever we want!" submitted by Brenda at

. Thanks Brenda.
4 tbsp flour 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp cocoa 1 egg 3 tbsp milk 3tbsp oil small splash vanilla extract chocolate chips (optional, but hey go for it!) and
1 large coffee mug
Mix dry ingredients in mug. Add egg, mix thoroughly. Add milk and oil - mix well. Add chocolate chips & vanilla - mix again. Pop in microwave and nuke on high for 3 min. Allow to cool, tip out onto plate, and serve with ice cream or whipped cream or powdered sugar or whatever you like! A friend of Brenda's said she also added a tbsp of peanut butter to hers for another variation. This recipe is so quick and easy that you can certainly experiment with variations. This would also make a great hostess gift, wedding favor or something to tuck into a gift basket. Just put all the dry ingredients into a fancy microwavable mug. Tuck in the directions and dress it up with crisp cellophane and a bow! Here is a fun mug with the recipe written right on it.
