1/8 cup brown sugar

1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg

1/8 tsp. crushed cloves

1/8 tsp. chilli pepper

If you want a lower fat version or a no-carb version, you can use skim milk and replace sugar with splenda.. Its really just as tasty, but comes without the guilt!
